For the past 22 years, I have served as Administrator of Sharada Mandir Schools, which I call my second home. Over these 2 decades, I have witnessed generations of students walk through our gates as curious children and leave as confident, compassionate young adults. This transformation has been possible only because of the unwavering commitment of our Management to the all-round development of every child, because we believe inside every child there is potential to change
the world.
Our Management believes education goes beyond textbooks and examinations. That’s why we have consistently invested in Academics, Sports, Arts, Values and Life skills, ensuring each student gets the space to discover their strengths and grow into well-rounded individuals. From modern classrooms to playgrounds, from cultural platforms, to community service, the Management’s vision has always been holistic growth.
Five years ago, we have opened a second campus at Kadamba with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities to cater to the increasing demand for quality education.

Dear students, teachers, and parents, each of us is blessed with the gift of thought, the capacity to love, and the ability to express ourselves through words and actions. The relationships we nurture and the moments we share with those close to our hearts shape who we become. Yet, while both parents and educators strive to provide a protective and nurturing environment, life will inevitably present its share of challenges. These moments test our character, reveal our inner strength, and shape our true nature.
What ultimately endures is not merely what we say or even what we do—but how we make others feel. Beyond words lies a deeper, more powerful language: the language of empathy, kindness, and human connection.
I urge you, dear students, to strive to make the world a kinder and more joyful place. Let your smiles bring warmth to others, and your actions spread positivity. Cherish the time spent with your loved ones, especially your grandparents, and nurture friendships with sincerity and care. It is often the simplest experiences—the gentle touch of a hand, the fragrance of a flower, the beauty of a sunset, or the power of art—that enrich our inner world and help us grow into more compassionate and refined individuals.

It is with humility, gratitude, and a deep sense of purpose that I assume the role of Principal of Sharada Mandir School, Kadamba.
My journey with Sharada Mandir began in 2008 as a Science teacher at the Miramar campus. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving as Head of the Department (Chemistry) and as Coordinator of the Middle Section (Standards 5 to 7). In 2024, I was entrusted with the responsibility of Vice-Principal at the Kadamba campus, and I now step forward into this new role with great honour and responsibility.
I extend my sincere gratitude to our Management—Dattaraj Salgaocar, Dipti Salgaocar, Isheta Salgaocar, Wilfred D’Souza, and Oscar Gonsalves—for their trust and encouragement. I also extend my warm greetings to every student, parent, teacher, and member of our school community.
At Sharada Mandir School, Kadamba, our vision remains steadfast—to nurture young minds with knowledge, values, and strong character. I firmly believe that education is a transformative journey, one that shapes not only the intellect but also fosters integrity, empathy, resilience, and responsibility. Our enduring ethos of respect, discipline, and excellence continues to guide every decision we make.
